The Second City is an improvisational theater troupe founded in 1959 and based in Chicago (plus L.A. and Toronto). Many TV and film actors who you see all over the place got their starts at this enterprise and it has a reputation for launching the careers of some of the biggest comedy stars in the world. The hall of fame is long but these are my favorite Second City alumni, along with what I assume their yearbook photos probably said.
